NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

So what is nutritional therapy, and how is it different than traditional therapies?

For starters, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I analyze your past medical history, current symptoms, and current practices, getting to the root of your problems rather than addressing only the symptoms. I assess for nutritional deficiencies and make diet and lifestyle recommendations that align with your personal health goals, no matter what challenges you are facing (budget, busy schedule, time constraints, etc). Together, we will create a plan that is practical, sustainable, and customized to you!

1. Discovery Call

Fill out the contact form and you will be automatically redirected to book your FREE one-on-one discovery call where we will chat about your symptoms and health goals. This is a no strings attached opportunity to see if we are a good match for each other!

2. Analysis

Once we have mutually agreed to work together, you will complete a Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ), Food & Mood Journal, and assessment of past medical history, risk factors, genetic predisposition, and current diet/lifestyle practices.

3. Goal Setting and Coaching Plan

Together, we will come up with a plan that aligns with your goals, nutritional needs, lifestyle, budget, and schedule. We will discuss your barriers, how to overcome them, and create a plan that is going to be sustainable for you.

4. Recommendation Implementation

We will do weekly check-ins to follow-up on progress. You will have my guidance and support throughout the whole process.

5. Re-evaluation & Adjustments

We will re-evaluate your symptoms and make adjustments as needed.
